Sonic Chronicles Turns 10!
It's been 10 Years since Sonic Chronicles came out to the DS! One of the best lore that ever came to the Sonic franchise that does need some improvements though, it is not forgettable to imagine how great it is to see Sonic Chronicles fan art and stuff related to the Nocturnus Clan come alive through all of these years.
To the Nocturnus Clan, Shade, and all of those who were part of Sonic Chronicles, Happy 10th Birthday!

Hey guys. It's been a while since I posted a journal entry, what with how inactive this place is and all (that's what happens when you choose a subject matter that doesn't have many related deviations)
Some, if not all of you are aware of recent changes to the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog series--the most infamous example being the removal of virtually every single echidna character aside from Knuckles and Finitevus. One of the more major casualties was the Dark Egg Legion, which, as you probably already know, is the organization that inspired the creation of the Nocturnus Clan in the first place.

UPDATE: Our affiliation request with the new #Everything-Echidnas (https://www.deviantart.com/everything-echidnas) group was successful. So hooray!
Wow, I didn't expect our popularity to wane this dramatically (case in point, look at the number of views we had on August 3rd), but I guess the Nocturnus just aren't popular enough to warrant a huge group.
I've got a few small updates, namely that I've expanded the size of the "Favorites" area on the main page to include 10 deviations as opposed to 4. Today I also sent affiliation requests to two Shade groups, so we'll see if that gets us anywhere. By the way, if you know of any groups you that you think would make good affiliates, then
A Few Things
I've got a few small group updates today. First of all, ~Nightstorm10SOCK (https://www.deviantart.com/nightstorm10sock) has been promoted to co-founder, so let's have a big round of applause!
In other news, I've also added a new folder for fanfiction in our gallery. Sadly there isn't much Nocturnus-related fanfiction around here, but I've got a pretty long story I'll be posting there, so do not fear: that folder will not remain empty for long. ;)
